One Library Privilege: Off-Campus Access that Makes the Online Haverton Student a Reader

Abstract

Campus readers walk to a desk. Online readers hit a proxy wall. This audit found weak bibliographies tracking licence misconfiguration more than student will. Fixing off-campus access and a staffed digital desk raised source quality in sampled work. Haverton University should treat library parity as an academic KPI. An London campus that hoards reading from online students has already split the university.
